The Internet Has A Wealth Of FREE Information
Over the years the World Wide Web or Internet has been praised for being the "information super highway." To be fair, the Internet has also come under fire for its content. Their is no question, however, that the "web" is the place to do research. Yes, there is as much misinformation as truth. Understanding the difference is part of the journey.
We could list even more EBook sites but they seem to have the same titles from either Project Gutenberg or Online Books. So instead how about some free book offers that AREN'T buy-one/get-one or buy-4-cheap and then need to pay full price for 4-more. We list those later.

The first stop for free books on the net should always be Project Gutenberg. The Project Gutenberg Philosophy is to make information, books and other materials available to the general public in forms a vast majority of the computers, programs and people can easily read, use, quote, and search. You won't beleive this site till you see it. |

Another site, Electronic dictionaries, that has 20+ translation areas to help with the Global nature of the web. Their Banner box is on the left.
An Online Free Dictionary
One of the most under appreciated FREE Book (information pamphlets) links is FCIC Federal Consumer Information Center in Pueblo CO (part of the U.S. General Services Administration). They have thousands of great, informative and downright necessary books that you can order for free or download online.
