Booking:
To Get Started We Recommend A Visit To The Studio For A "get acquainted meeting". If We Decide To Work Together A Deposit Of At Least $100.00 Is Required To Set Aside The Time For Your Photography Session And Reserve The Makeup Artist And Assistant.

The Day Of The Shoot:
As With All Professional Photography Work Everyone Is Expected To Be On Time. A Morning Session That Starts Late Would Delay Or Postpone Any Sessions That Follow It. A Late Arrival Does Not Extend The Ending Time Frame For A Session, Nor Does It Reduce The Price.

Payment:
We Accept Cash Or Checks... On The Day Of The Shoot The Balance Must Be Paid Before The Photography Starts. Orders For Additional Prints Must Paid When The Order Is Placed.

Cancellations:
While Unexpected Events Can Cause All Of Us To Change Our Plans, Cancellation Clauses Are Common In Photography. Cancellation With Less Than 24 Hours Notice May Result In The Loss Of All Or Part Of The Deposit. Cancellation On The Day Of The Photo Sessions Will Result In At Least A 50% Loss Of The Deposit.

Postponement By RLPG:
In The Event Of An Incident Or Illness And Unavailability Of An Acceptable Replacement Photographer The Studio Will Refund $50.00, If Less Than 24 Hours Notice Is Given. The Entire Deposit Is Refunded If No Suitable Future Date Is Found.
